    1. This book shows how children can help their parents when they are at home. Children can have a sense of responsibility in the home. Teachers can use this book to talk about responsibilities that children have in the home.

    2. Families will see themselves here, especially distracted but well-meaning Moms. The recipes at the back will be fun to make after reading the book. (The orange drizzle cake sounds divine).

    3. Excellent story with fun illustrations. Encourages children to take some initiative in cooking. Highly recommended.
