    1. *I was given a copy in exchange of a honest review*I definitely love these books. They are a great sci fi, with romance, action and people who have superpowers. Please check these books because they are worth it.The Writing:Similar to the first book I really liked it. It has a great way to keep you in the story and to feel and love the characters. Again, we have two POVs: Shiray and Syira. Last book was more focused on Shiray and Bryan's relationship (♥) and this one is more focused on Syira a [...]

    2. Fortunately for me, B. Truly is my good friend as well as a beta reader for me. For this reason, I've been able to watch this story unfold from the very beginning. I was anxious to read this book in its entirety and in the proper order becauseA. I love Kadeemd B. This story is darker than the two stories that preceded it.Even if you haven't readSonarorMelanie's Evanescent Journey , this book is easy to pick up and read because the characters flash back to what has already happened. Like Sonar, t [...]

    3. I received a free ecopy of this book for an honest review.Sonar the Cyclone is the second in the Sonar series and, when I started it, I was afraid that it wasn't going to make much sense without reading the first book, but everything fell into place pretty quickly. It does stand on its own but I plan on reading the first book so I can get to know the characters even better.B. Truly's writing style is easy to follow and it was a quick read. I read Sonar the Cyclone in one sitting but I still feel [...]

    4. "Sonar The Cyclone" the successor of "Sonar The Crashing" the author truly has out done herself. There was so much action, drama, and of course love and sex. I look foward to the next novel in the series. I love Syria and Kadeem, definitely my favorite couple in the series. Once again B Truly proves there is always more than one side to every story, though I rather enjoyed reading under Syria and Kadeem's point of view, but that is me being biased. I definitely recommend this series if you enjoy [...]

    5. This is the second d book in a series, and though it can be read as a stand alone I would recommend reading the first book before this. I enjoyed the book from beginning to the end. This is a wonderful addition to any library.

    6. It's great to be able read the continuing and more in depth stories of the characters from the first book in the Sonar series. B. Truly has created such well realized characters that they have become like old friends and I can't wait to read book three of this exciting new series.

    7. On the fence. I loved reading the story of Kadeem and Siriya and think Kadeem is so great. Niles and how he changes when he meets the woman who he likes that is Shiray’s cousin is sweet. Bryan is as wonderful as always. Shiray had a wee issue with. She does the gambit of emotions and her feelings about the king in the end although anger is justified she doesn’t even try to see things through his eyes. His family means more to him that anything else in the world and he would do whatever is ne [...]

    8. I really enjoyed the story. It was very exciting I can't wait for the next book to come out so I can seehow it ends.

    9. *I received this book in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This was an enjoyable book. I liked the overall plot and the choice of characters. I felt that the two went well together and that the book truly fit in its genre.I like the main characters a lot, and found myself hoping the best for them. I did feel that they could have evolved more over the book, but perhaps there will be more opportunity for that. That aside, I thought they had good personalities and they really worked well [...]

    10. Author B. Truly dedicates the second main entry of her Sonar Trilogy to her writing partner Kathleen Montemajor, her mother Dianna Simpson, her editor Laura Kennedy, and her son Jamail Gaines and his best friend Nicholas Stone, who gave insight that provided the final scene in the story. Unlike the book’s predecessor, Melanie’s Evanescent Journey, Sonar the Cyclone is almost entirely a pure science-fiction story, opening with a prologue that exposes the conflict raging through the Sonar Gala [...]

    11. **I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review**And in the name of honesty I must confess I am not a huge fan of YA Fantasy. However, the Sci-Fi and Romance aspects of the book’s description were the determining factors for my picking it. In hindsight that might have been my biggest mistake and that is why I urge potential readers who love YA Fantasy to overlook my rating of this story. Judging from other reviews written by people who are clearly fans of the genre and loved [...]

    12. Being the second in a series, there were plenty of things going on that were from the first book, but they are well explained, so as not to leave a lot of confusion. The characters here are not as engaging as I would like, however. I was not drawn into their story and as a result, I had a hard time staying on track. As an independent reviewer for Romance Authors that Rock, I can only give this one three hearts. The story and ideas are great but I just couldn't get involved in any of the character [...]
